1. Call Capstone International (205) 348-5312 to set up an appointment to see an advisor. You must visit with an advisor prior to applying for a UA exchange program. Instructions and forms are below and also available in 135 B. B. Comer Hall.

3. Academic plan: (Basic statement of what you hope to achieve during this time, how this experience will complement your present academic career and future plans).

4. Complete Application form for host/exchange institution (see INDIVIDUAL COUNTRIES listing).

6. Official transcript.

7. Resume (include high school activities/honors/career interests if you have completed fewer than 4 semesters of college).

8. Passport-sized photograph(s) (required number listed in application packet).
