ISIC Card Instructions

Please type or print (CAPITAL BLOCK LETTERS) on application using black/blue ink.

To receive a card, you MUST:

1) Turn in a completed ISIC card application form.

2) Show official proof of FULL-TIME* student status during your current semester/semester you apply for the ISIC Card. UA students can get a verification of enrollment from Academic Records, 206-E Student Services Bldg. All students must list the university that will be used to prove full-time student status. If you are a student in a CIAP summer program and currently not enrolled full-time, you can use your summer enrollment status but will have to wait until you have registered for classes to do so.

3) Provide one passport-sized photo.Your name and program/country must be written on the back of the photo. No cards will be issued without a photo.

4) Submit a copy of your valid driver’s license or passport to be copied.

5) Pay $22.00 with cash or a check made payable to The University of Alabama. You will receive a receipt. In some cases, the cost for the ISIC card may be included in your CIAP summer program. Please check your summer program brochure for this information before purchasing.

CIAP summer programs cards are made once weekly starting mid January.
